Hotel was nice in appearance & condition but fell short in a few areas. 1) Shortage of toilet paper of which we had to ask daily just to have a spare roll. 2) Toilet paper & facial tissues were of a very poor ultra-thin quality. 3) Coffee service in the lobby was challenging to get service. Delicious espresso made each time. $6 per cup. add in the coffee service seems to close @ 6:00pm or sooner, we like a nice coffee before going out for the night (a lot of folks do) 4) $300 hold on your cc card but the in-hotel restaurant nor pool would allow you to charge to your room. 5) Appears they ran out of bottled water as we only received replacement water (2) 2 of 3 nights, also saw them unload a PU truck Friday morning of water.

We had a nice stay at park central! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The amenities at the hotel (pool, etc) were lovely!. A couple of things could have been better-the bathroom door was squeaking like crazy and we couldn’t call down to the front desk to get it fixed because the room phone didn’t work. But once we told them about these issues they did their best to fix it. The staff were anll so nice annd helpful!! Overall a great stay!

Few challenges with this property. 1. No elevator in certain areas. No issue for us but just so you are aware. 2. The coffee maker is from 1926 - it’s time to upgrade it. There were no stirrers in the room. Skimpy on Sugar and milk packets - not sure why 3. Room was cold because there is NO heaters and one of the days temperature dipped in Miami. Front desk said they would provide space heaters but did not 4. The shower is complicated to operate. Again they need to be upgraded. There were like three settings and not clear how that worked. The rain shower was not powerful at all 5. There was no switch for the exhaust in the bathroom so it ran for 24/7. The noise didn’t come outside in the room but just so you are aware. 6. With all the trees and distance from the beach, overlooking the beach is a bit of stretch. Yes, the beach is definitely visible if you choose such a room but the feel of overlooking the beach was not there. Overall, South Beach is great! Happening place. Lot of food options. Lot of music and activity bustling throughout the day.

The room was underwhelming and small. No place to put a suitcase and there is always hair on the floor. The nearby amenities definitely made up for the small room because we didn’t stay there much but to sleep.

Great staff !. Hotel receptionist was very nice in allowing early check in and extra time check out . I’m sorry I don’t remember her name now but she’s very helpful . Also waiter and general staff very kind . Room was a little dated but view and location superb
