The most lovely boutique hotel right on the beach

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Firstly, the customer service is second to none. Nora and the rest of the staff go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Second, the location is amazing. Right in the middle of all of Miami’s most delicious eats, and directly across the street from the beach. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is so great. Wonderful selection of drinks and food. I will keep coming back and refer all of my friends.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff at registration gave me the wrong information about the bike rental, which completely ruined my plan to use it during my stay. I found out too late that bikes cannot be taken after 6 PM, which they never mentioned correctly at check-in. On top of that, the staff came across as rude and unhelpful whenever I asked questions. The room itself was outdated, the minibar didn’t work, and overall it felt far from what I expected for the price. I would not stay here again — definitely not worth it.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was so accessible and convenient, which made our trip stress-free. The restaurants downstairs were incredible, especially Dalia – the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary bikes, which let us ride around and explore Miami at our own pace. Since it rained during our stay, we really appreciated that umbrellas were always available in the lobby. By the pool and the beach, fresh towels and beach chairs were never an issue – they were always ready for us, which made relaxing super easy. Overall, this hotel thought of everything to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

This is an old property but very well-maintained and clean. The staff were awesome and every interaction was memorable which is very rare in my traveling experience. Somewhat expensive for coffee or food; however, you have to search to find cheaper options in the south beach area. There’s also public parking around the corner which makes renting a car an attractive option. I would book again with this hotel.
