Such a great location! Walking distance from most shopping, beach and nightlife. Attentive and hospitable staff Sadly it was too cold to enjoy the small poolside restaurant but the temperature in the hotel maintained a comfortable stay

The room had mold in the bedding and visible stains on the towels. The lighting was also very dim. Overall, I came to the conclusion that this hotel is only suitable if you want to be close to the beach and for no other reason.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but would stay again. The location is nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the lack of plugs in the room and only one side of the bed had a nightstand. All in all, it was a pleasent stay.

WARNING: The rooms in this hotel have NO HEAT. The "cool" setting on the thermostats have been disabled. We went there during a cold snap on New Year's Eve (40's at night, low 60's during the day) and the room was too cold. I slept with a sweater on. Other than that the hotel is OK, nothing to write home about. Tough to find a parking spot near the hotel but in downtown Miami that's probably par for the course. Rooms were clean and comfortable except for the heat issue. Bathrooms could use some attention but not so bad. But no heat? Gimme a break. It may be rarely used in South Florida, but it's still essential.
