This hotel is a good solid place for the price . It has a nice bed and bigger refrigerators, the check in was delayed to computer issues and getting into the resort with a car is difficult. I would have preferred to uber if that was an option. Do not stay on the 4th floor if you are a light sleeper. It looks like it’s beachfront but it’s across the road with no access to a bathroom or services. Not a huge deal but more than I wanted to deal with , the pool was small and crowded. I would recommend this hotel because the price was great for the area.

It was sure nice having the Atlantic Ocean right outside. Pity there weren't more restaurants nearby, even a McDonalds, Burger King or a Subway would have been nice.

The location of the property is great. Unfortunately the staff is sub-par at best. In the lobby area, there is sitting area with a couch and two cloth chairs. Over to the side, beside the front desk, there are two high top tables with a sign that reads, “This area is designated for service during happy hour.” We were there on Sunday. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have happy hour on Sundays. Therefore, those tables were empty. The couch was soaking wet (with visible wet spots on it) and the two cloth chairs were occupied. Having no other place to sit, my elderly mother and I sat at the high top to wait for my children to come downstairs. A short time after sitting at the table, the manager on duty took it upon himself to rudely demand that my elderly mother and I move out of two chairs at the high top table. When we explained to him that the couch was wet and there was no other place to sit, he simply shrugged his shoulders. I asked him why we couldn’t sit at the table considering there was no happy hour that day, he rudely replied that it was, “hotel policy.” He was very confrontational and frankly rude. He said if I didn’t like it I could, “talk to corporate.” (Hopefully corporate reads this review!) Thankfully, we were only staying at that hotel for two nights. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially with rude employees. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. I would advise staying elsewhere!

This hotel was a good place to stay. My only complaint is that the bed was harder than expected. Location the food at the hotel and Primos down the block. Made my weekend getaway LIT

Not great hotel

The hotel is very run down. Did not have a good experience with this stay. Hotel stay was not helpful when checking in. Second stay at this hotel will not book again. Free WiFi hit and miss when connecting.

This was a bait & switch that ended w/ an additional charge for a broken tv that we never touched or turned on, good learning experience to make sure everything works in the room at arrival & contact front desk if not. To start - one of two main elevators didn’t work - the staff did nothing to notify guests - you just figured it out when only one elevator kept arriving. The room reserved was suppose to have a view of some something - south or east would have worked, instead we ended up w/ a view of the building and people next door. The room was a “suite” that was really just 2 rooms w/ a connecting door that had the beds replaced by couches. It was convenient to have 2 bathrooms as each had issues - the shower didn’t drain in one while the toilet ran in the other. The AC did a very poor job or removing moisture from the room as the carpet was damp in the morning. Finally a delete leaving we noticed a $250 charge and when I called to ask what this was for I was told that we broke the tv in the room w/ the beds. We actually never touched or turned this tv on as we only watched tv from the “sitting room” - I asked for photos of the damage and to date have received nothing. Overall the only positive for this hotel was the location - it looks to be a once nice hotel that gets by w/ nice lobby photos. The staff were indifferent at best and outright liars at worst. We will be avoiding all BW properties moving forward as their corporate customer support useless as well.

Poor - To Costly

Dear Best Western Management, I recently stayed at your property and feel compelled to share my feedback, as my experience was far below expectations—particularly considering the nearly $2,200 I paid for a four-night stay. While the hotel’s beachfront location is certainly a highlight, nearly every other aspect of my stay was disappointing: The overall condition of the facilities was poor and not well maintained. Cleanliness throughout the property left much to be desired. The pool and bar areas appeared aged and neglected. Basic amenities such as the water machine and vending machines were either broken or functioning intermittently. The service I received—particularly at the front desk—was unwelcoming and at times rude, which left a lasting negative impression. I expected a much higher standard of quality and hospitality for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to others and do not plan to return. My family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights. We had a suite which was very spacious and had 2 full bathrooms. The cost was VERY reasonable considering the size of the room and the location of the hotel. It’s located right on the beach and you can walk to many stores and restaurants I love the paved bike/pedestrian path next to the beach. The hotel is a bit older and needs some upgrades but we didn’t mind bc the price and location couldn’t matched.
