The hotel did let us check in 4 hours early since our flight was early and the 12pm check out was also very helpful. Rooms were clean. There was some minor issues Lack of air flow from the air conditioner, but nothing major. For the price and being on the beach it was good.

The receptionist is amazing. Location is very nice. Room had a disgusting amount of crumbs, cookies and fruit loops in the drawers and the beds were so hard our bines hurt.

Please, please, please do not stay at this property. During check in the front desk was rude. Literally everyone at the front desk was rude. I checked in before someone else did and they got a room before us. We sat for an hour before getting a room. We get to our room and it was disgusting. The fire alarm went off that night. Everyone from the 6th floor up was unaware the fire alarm was going off because there was no fire alarms sounding on those floors. I had to get a call from my daughter who was on the 5th floor with my sister to get out the room the fire alarms were going off. None of the staff said anything to anyone. They had everyone just standing in the lobby. It was a mess. Finally we go back to our room which was nasty and we opened the pull out couch for my son to sleep on and it was crumbs, black stuff and all types of stuff on the sheet. I was over it. We barely wanted to stay but we were only staying one night because we were cruising the next day.

I received bedbugs bites on the 3rd day of my stay. I totally didn't see it coming because the property is well kept. I loved the staff. The access to the beach was phenomenal. The older lawn chair Latino type guy was lazy. The pool should be bigger. The drinks at the pool bar were awesome. My view from the 6th floor #615 was beautiful. All went well except for the bedbugs. I'd stay again just I'd definitely be on the look out for critters! It's a hotel things like this happen so I'm not holding it against them PamelaJ

From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out it was a perfect stay except housekeeping knocking on doors 2 hours before check out asking if we were checking out. Also the pool was super small but I assume because it’s right on the beach. But other than that the location was so perfect very laid back and a lot was close by. I will definitely stay there again.

Older hotel obviously but GRT daily rate based on surrounding hotels…we most of all loved the location.. Mid Beach is the best for us. Short walk and your in the Atlantic Ocean beach towels, umbrella , chairs included. The food and drinks were was decent as well. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to be on the ocean but doesn’t need a fancy hotel.

I will never stay here again. We had no tv and I went to front desk and she said someone would fix it. We came back from dinner didn’t work. So I called someone finally answered after I called many times from my room. A man said someone would be up. No one came. Called a third time same answer I waited up til 11pm. We had no wash clothes and also a dirty bar of soap was in the bathroom in the shower. Very disappointed
