the room view was supposed to be view of city instead it was view of construction site. they refused to provide me a room with better view and refused to discount the rate. I flied 5 hours to come and see this view very disappointing

Great hotel. Great location for a family of 10 including grandparents. Very accessible to beach and the main strip. Access to the boardwalk was perfect for morning walks and access to the restaurants and stores. Hotel size was perfect. Not too big and clean.

Service is a 10 out of 10. The facilities are clean and well kept, gym is great. Beach is amazing. Pool is fine but we didn’t use it that much, very accommodating to early check-in and late checkout. Food had a lot of options and was very good from the restaurant to the pool or Beachside restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick getaway.

We had a very good experience at The Palms Hotel. Really nice room with the partial ocean view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place in Miami Beach.

Elevators were not working properly the entire stay. Abnormally crowded pool. Small beds.

Even the city view king room had a minor view of the ocean as well as the bay so it’s very pretty out this corner window. If you can get a corner room then that’s the best deal in the place. The restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food. The eggs Benedict was underwhelming as the English muffin was not very well cooked and lacked butter saturation. Overall presentation was underwhelming for $26. They do not serve lattes or espresso in the restaurant so they’re below average coffee is all they offer. A big disappointment. They said to order a to go coffee drink from the snack bar in the lobby and bring it to the table. Otherwise the room was nicely appointed with a separate toilet room and large walk-in shower with vanity in a separate room. Price paid was $295 including the $40 hotel fee for amenities.
