The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The shower water was very hot. The view of the beach was wonderful. Quick access to the beach. The only problems were the long wait for the valet service and the poor soundproofing of the room; you could hear everyone passing in the hallway. Overall, I would stay there again.

From the beginning.. When arrived at the hotel we were early and told to put our bags in the hold room. It’s $5 per suitcase, our clothes and cases smelt of food as they cook in there. The room we was given, the floors were separating and rotting, the bed sheets were stained ( I had them changed) but no one came till 11am the next day, We came back from dinner one evening and the room smelt of poison the only way I could describe was like very bad paint stripper. Both myself and my 8 year old son have low immune systems there was no way I could have stayed in that room! It was awful! We then moved rooms that evening.. the new room had disgusting bed sheets, hairs in the shower and on the bed, broken doors, broken shower head and had cockroaches living behind the Tv in the drawers they were on. I also made a complaint again. The security staff are really nice! Other than that this is THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in!! And I travel a lot! The hotel rooms are managed by different people and some rooms are kept well these two were not.. these rooms are rented out for money not for purpose or consideration for a guest. The hotel staff don’t care, probably because they deal with so many people daily. My experience was awful. I would never recommend to stay here!

We got a very good deal and the apartment style hotel is excellent. Sea facing room, easy beach access, nice large pool, grocery store in the basement which is open 8am-10pm, free valet parking. Then you can take free bus provided by Miami city and access most of the north/south beaches, downtown, airport. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend our friends who are looking for a budget friendly accomodation.

The room was nice but the entire building has roaches. We saw a roach come out from under the bathroom vanity. The elevators are sketchy and the poor guys working the valet are ran to death. The whole hotel needs renovated. It could be very nice.

I’m never one to complain but this was by far the worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. My Ac was not working & other little problems we were having such aa our toilet not flushing the front desk was not able to put us in another room. I was told to contact the Host through a Whatssup app (keep in mind I booked with Expedia) but apparently most room here at the facility run through 3rd party companies which is fine if we were able to get in contact with them. A whole day calling & sending messaging regarding my concerns & never received a response till the following day in the afternoon. Front desk where I first checked in before having to walk somewhere else to get my room key couldn’t help with any of my problems. It was so frustrating to hear they wouldn’t be able to help me after I waited almost 20 minutes in line for my turn to speak to from desk. Only 1 person working the check in desk at 4/5ish in the afternoon. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very close to the beach. The unit is old, not a good place, honest review. You get the price you pay, but really they need to improve the place. The beach is so close though, that's the only good thing about the place.

En general mi estadía fue buena. Lo que más destaco es la vista de la habitación, realmente lo mejor de todo. Como punto a mejorar, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, por lo que no hay circulación de aire. La ubicación, es excelente, con acceso muy fácil a la playa. El gimnasio está completo y bien equipado. El área de la piscina no me resultó muy confortable: suele haber bastante ruido y las reposeras no son cómodas. El lobby algo antiguo y, debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes, hay bastante control: se utiliza una pulsera todo el día para poder acceder a la piscina u otras áreas del hotel. En resumen, buena ubicación y vista, pero con detalles que podrían mejorar para una mejor experiencia .
