The night staff not helpful, we checked in and looked around the room and found dirt on the bed sheets, blood stains, mold. When we went to figure out the problem the staff didn’t care and basically said it is what it is. Will never be staying there again.

I was very disappointed because, when I arrived to Catalina hotel I had to drag my luggage up this small metal ramp that was positioned on steps in front of hotel entrance. There was a lobby that didn’t mirror the image online. I was checking in and then told, I had to go back outside to a hotel next door which was positioned over a restaurant, which I was misled to think I would be staying in Catalina hotel. Then to get to the hotel next door on small creepy elevator and to room, where there was no closet door and no door on shower which left floor soaked and wet. And , top it off had to go back next door for more towels and washcloths. Let’s just say not worth the money and time.

Great location! Check in was very busy but we just had them take our bags and went to the rooftop pool to wait. The free happy hour drinks were a big plus. Property could use some updates and rooms were a bit dated but location was great.

Got there early they told us they couldn’t hold our bags. 2 people came a little while after us. (While we were sitting in the lobby) and they took their bags to hold. I called the front desk to help with the tv and they never came. The room looked like it needed some upgrading. The beds were not comfortable.

Loved this spot! 🌴 The staff was seriously the best (both hotel and restaurant), and the whole vibe of the hotel is gorgeous—especially that rooftop pool! Seriously perfect for photos. Two huge wins: The location is A++++—couldn't be better. And the free happy hour?! Champagne at noon and margaritas 5-6 PM? YES PLEASE. Miami is expensive, so that was an amazing and super appreciated perk. Now for the room... it was a bit weird. I'd give it 3 stars, honestly. The layout was strange (toilet by the entrance, sink across the room—awkward!), and we had some issues with dirty floors and stained sheets which was a bummer. The lack of a second trash can and the TP situation was pretty inconvenient, too. Also, heads up: The ground pool and Zen garden were closed for construction, which was a little disappointing. Bottom line: I'd 100% stay here again because the location and staff are that good, but management definitely needs to check on room cleanliness!

The rooms are small, they look big in the picture. And the room service no one came to give me new towels or more tissue for the bathroom has to walk in the hallway to find tissue . The hotel appears is Good I did like the scenery 👍👍👍
