check in was at 430pm on a room I called about and they let me know they would get me in earlier- room you could hear the toilets flush and the hot water didn’t work for the tub outside. staff could care less about helping you and it’s impossible to get anyone in the phone. it’s a shame because ibe stayed here for years the standards around the world but something has just gone down hill about this location :(

A Perfect Little Oasis in Miami I just wrapped up an amazing stay at The Standard Miami, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The entire property feels like a hidden oasis — beautifully designed spaces, lush corners to get lost in, and views that completely reset your mood the moment you arrive. The pool and deck were the highlight for me. I loved being able to jump straight into the water, grab a drink, and just settle into the day. The cocktails were great, the service was easy and friendly, and everything just flowed. The whole spa experience is top-tier too — the sauna, steam room, and cold room circuit had me feeling like a new person. Every part of the property feels intentional and well-kept, and there’s this calming energy that makes you want to linger a little longer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that blends good vibes, great design, and genuinely thoughtful service. I’ll absolutely be back.

Overall good, I’ve been a couple of times this year and I will say I’ve had a better experience with prior visits. Positives: Service at the Lido Bayside and the Pool and the Cafe were amazing. The teams were super genuine and kind. Really good vibes overall and just pleasant interactions. Food was delicious! Booked a couples massage and was really nice and fantastic. The Standard amenities always deliver and the property does very well with what it offers. Bed: Compfy and clean as usual Areas of improvement: Front desk service. Very cold and uninterested. When checked in I was told “nothings changed since your last visit, nothing new to share” Attendant did change my room to a more quiet walkway which I was super appreciative about and I was thankful for that accommodation. Check out was very quick and to the point. My room did not have toilet paper and wash rags. Had to request. It was taken care of though as soon as we requested which was nice. Also ran out of Shower bath wash. We requested more and it was never filled. I will return of course! I love the Standard. My biggest feedback is just that the front desk team should carry the same kindness and pleasantry as the rest of the staff on the property. Maybe it was an off day.
