The unit was just as pictured and was well stocked and clean with a great view. The only negative was some noisy neighbors and the sound of everyone slamming the sticky metal doors . We will definitely look to book this unit again. Very good value.

This property is older and it looks it. You are getting what you paid for. Different people own each unit. I was happy with my unit. The bed was comfortable and the unit was functional. So my experience there was ok. Overall they attempt to keep it up. Just running a bit behind it seems. So i give it a 3 star rating

The reviews of this property are terrible so my fear was high. My only complaints are the rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the check in process lacks organization, and customer service. A lot of the people checking in along with myself had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in which was pointless given all the check in information is emailed to you prior to arrival. Please disregard the comments stating valet is $30-40. I never paid for valet, we tipped when we felt it was necessary. Valet can also be typically unorganized but the valet members are very kind and accommodating. The access to the beach is amazing and is located right through the pool, which had food, drinks and areas for kids if you bring yours. The location was great conveniently located near all of our reservations. Overall 4.5 stars! It was perfect for the weekend we stayed and I would stay again if it is for a weekend trip.

Location cannot be beat! Oceanside, along the bike and walk path, quiet area, walk to local restaurants and morning coffee. BUT...the building is old. The units are old. The furnishing is cheap. Overall, this place is shabby. There is no real front desk. It is manned by security guards. My room number didn't match the email I had received. Guard said go to the basement, there's an office down there. They can figure it out. ?? I didn't even know the name of a company to look for in basement? You get two thin tiny towels and then two thin old pool towels for your stay. Go to that office in basement if you want more I guess? And don't expect service from them on the weekend. I went down saturday morning for beach chairs as per the QR code in the unit. NO ONE THERE ALL WEEKEND. I went to walgreens to get tissues, paper towel and 2 beach towels. Toilet kept running. No one fixed it the whole stay. I had to remove tank lid and jiggle flap everytime we flushed. Woke to a huge roach in the tub, half dead, one morning. Thin walls and door means hearing everyone around you and in hallway at all hours, especially those coming home after midnite. Again, location is perfect and 5 stars. The physical place is not. I would stay at the hilton down the road next tiem.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For the $800 per night price tag, I expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality, but this place failed in every possible way. My group of nine people was forced to endure some of the worst hotel conditions I have ever experienced. • No Functioning AC: In Miami’s heat, this is completely unacceptable. The room was unbearably hot and stuffy, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. • Holes in the Walls: The room was in serious disrepair, with visible holes in the walls. This is not only an eyesore but also raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. • Bathroom Nightmares: One of the showers had only scalding hot water, making it completely unusable. The overall shower conditions were disgusting—chipped paint, grime, and a clear lack of upkeep. • Filthy Floors: Walking barefoot in the room was a mistake. The floors were absolutely filthy, and our feet were blackened with dirt in minutes. Clearly, they haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. • Non-Working Fans: With no AC, we at least hoped to get some relief with the fans, but none of them worked. This left us with no way to circulate air in an already unbearably hot room. • Stained, Unsanitary Mattresses: The mattresses were stained with what looked like feces. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and frankly, disgusting. • Bugs Everywhere: On top of everything, bugs were flying around the room, making an already miserable st

The apartment was not what was advertised. We expected updated and modern, this was not. The beds were uncomfortable and very low to the ground. The stove top is cracked down the middle. Check in was a disaster. It was clean and a convenient location however, we will not stay there again.

Room was very dirty and old, bad design, bed was obstructing the closet door. Air conditioner would not turn off and room was freezing.

The place was just ok.Outside seems cozy but when u get to the room it was smell bad like a rotten something,Smell like a stock room. In the morning I emailed the management if they could give us at least 1 hour extension to check out; around 11 am.But she said NO because she said someone will occupy or check in.Take note check in time is 3 PM then they want you to check out at 10 am.The owner was not considerate.Another thing we checked in around 8 PM.But asking a 1 hour extension was not possible?.

Place is so bad and ugly. Literally smells. Everything is sooo old in the building. Pool was closed on Saturday morning couldn’t enjoy it. Not kid friendly at all for stroller too. Elevator was broken. Vallet takes forever l. Never staying herr again was nightmare
