NO HOT WATER. POOR VALUE FOR MONEY

Room had an odd smell of rotten eggs. No hot water in shower. Room was quite small. Not worth the almost $500 i spent for one night. I had an oceanfront room. Balcony is small and not much view from inside the room due to odd placement of coffee caddy and curtains. I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone. $65 resort fee is excessive too.

The ANDAZ is perfectly located. Amenities all around. The hotel is luxurious yet family friendly. The lunch we had at the bar around the pool was incredible. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was amazing . I highly recommend the ANDAZ.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing stay!

Our stay was amazing!! We had an early morning flight in and had called the day before to see if we could do an early check in. We understood we might not be able to get in, but would still be able to use the amenities and they would hold our luggage. Upon arrival at 11am, both rooms were ready for us which was such a relief! The rooms were super clean, great atheistic, and spacious! We went to the pool all 3 days and had pool side service which was great. The days that it was busier, the service was a little slow but no big deal! We felt like we were on a tropical vacation. The hotel decor, aesthetic, and vibes were amazing! Great location as well, a little less busy than south beach.
