Needs better service for the price

NIghtmare sleeping at night. The front desk had problems with their phone lines and kept calling me after 11:30pm waking me up. They were trying to reach another room and their phone lines were supposedly getting crossed and calling my room. They woke me up twice scaring me half to death! The restaurant downstairs was another nightmare and super overpriced. the service was terrible, i do not recommend it!

The management is horrible and rude. The room we stayed in noise banging, loud, wrench and equipment noises 1 am. Spoke to management did nothing for 3 days I contacted Expedia, we finally got a room change. We left a day early they would not refund the day and facilities we did not use. Still charged us $50 for the day. They told us to contact Expedia since we did not book with them to get a refund. I did that when Expedia contacted them they would not give a refund?? I would never stay here again. Poor management, they do not treat the consumer with respect.

Charming hotel close to beach with great service

What a great hotel with a beautiful pool, friendly service, and comfortable beds close to the beach! The only place I found it lacking was the shower in the room did not have a convenient place to hang a towel within arms reach or even place the washcloth while showering. There was also no shelf for the shampoo, conditioner, body wash so you need to bend down to get them from the floor each time.

I’m over 40, a comfy bed is key for a fabulous stay at a hotel. The beds were not comfortable. The bedding was nice but the mattresses were thin and the springs were very uncomfortable. The staff was questionable. Not overly friendly or accommodating. They charge for coffee pods in the room. At the price point at least one or two cups of complimentary coffee or tea should be expected. They did provide one bottle of water per guest, per day. That was nice. The room was clean enough. Visible stains on the bed frame foot rails and coverlet were present. However, linens and bath towels appeared clean and fresh. The provided bath soap and hair products were heavily perfumed. Overall, I would opt to stay elsewhere in the future.

The Lennox Hotel was a serene experience in the middle of a busy Miami Beach. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. Walkable to South Beach. The options at the restaurant were enjoyable and the food was delicious. The staff was helpful, we were there during Art Basel weekend and it was very busy in the hotel and the restaurant, I wish they had more help. We enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again for sure!

I was super happy with my stay at the Lennox. We had a lovely room that was very quiet. Wished for a few more drawers but otherwise think it’s a great hotel. Look forward to staying again.
