I give the hotel a 2/5 I book a hotel with a view when I got to the room it was no view couldn’t see anything but building so I went down told front desk the move me to a different room with a better view but the room smelled like dog no clean sent at all the bed was terrible the bed was so hard that my back was hurting my whole stay I stayed there for 3 nights the staff was as ok houskewping only came if you asked and the barley spoke English so it was hard to get them to understand you overall terrible experience and will never book again a big waste of money! And I never do reviews but this hotel deserve an review

The hotel is very clean every day they clean the room. They change the sheet the pillowcases every day this service the room new towels on the first floor of the hotel. Every time i visit Miami, this hotel is my go to! Safe, quiet, has a good gym, good pool and great staff. They take you to the beach entrance right across the street and pick you up when youre done basking in the sun. Plus they provide chairs and towels!! Amazing! Oh and I forgot to mention....they give you a discount card for Starbucks which is right downstairs!☕️
