Cons: Staff was mediocre. Maintenance was lazy, hardly wanted to address the malfunction of the keyless entry. Had to take several trips to the lobby to get aide. Water was cold, never felt it warm up after 10 minutes of running it. Pro: Room was clean. Lady at night at check in was cordial. Made us feel heard. Location is two blocks away from ocean drive. (Eat there, that’s where the vibes are!!!)

As always the room was fresh and clean. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The air conditioning works perfectly how wet I didn’t use it this trip. The beach is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel.

It is a nice hotel, facilities and location speaking. You feel safe in the area and the pool area and bedrooms are pretty. But they are a bit of an old fashion hotel, not precisely saying it in a positive way. Extra charges for almost everything, not much flexibility and an ok staff service.

Cleaning staff 5 stars … one of the desk guys leaves you off putted - the way he answers questions and speaks isn’t welcoming at all. There’s a $100 per night stay hold on your card. (5nights = $500hold) That you don’t know about prior to checking in. Plus a resort fee. $40 for parking. It may make sense booking at on of the more well known hotel brands where fees a little more straightforward.
