The hotel is very clean. The beach club and view of the water is very nice. The room isn't worth the money though, it needs updating. Breakfast service was somewhat slow. It is pretty close to the beach, but will probably get a hotel on the beach next time.

Everything about food and services was excellent, the big problem is the room condition , sofa was super dirty, floor was dirty. Ac was not working properly. And they charge me $1239 for 2 nights. In my opinion I am not come back . The room was extremely dirty. The sheets and comforter smelled bad and felt unclean. The sofa was filthy, and the outdoor table was completely rusted. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. For the high price, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice location needs work

This hotel is dated and needs major updates. The room was not as clean as a hotel room should be. The shower floor was super slippery. The toilet struggled to flush. There were never any chairs available at the pool and yet the entire property had sunbeds for purchase that were empty. The drinks and food at the pool were good and the service was good. It took way too long to check in. There are stains on the floor and couch. A good deep clean would help alot.

Pros: The pool and grounds of the property were nice. Pool area is fun; nice for hanging out and enjoying good music with friends. Chill vibe but still lovely. However, it still needs some improvement, the sunbeds are dirty, towels were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the area isn’t the greatest. Cons: the rooms are atrocious. So old and dirty!! The bathrooms are the absolute worst. The film, grime and mold everywhere is actually quite concerning. The shower head has this weird chandelier encasing it and it was broken. The shower head has probably never been cleaned. It was clogged and the water was spraying everywhere. The tiles and tub actually had mold and grime caked on it. I have never seen something so disgusting at a hotel. Not to mention the sink, faucet and drain were in the same condition. Also. Our room was NEVER cleaned during our 3 day stay. There was still garbage in the room from the previous guest in the garbage bins, floor/carpet, under the nightstands, and cigarette butts and a burnt out sparkler on the balcony. The only thing they did was make the bed and change the towels. Everything else was kept the same. I was shocked, considering it’s not super cheap to stay there. I highly suggest you make it a point to have your staff properly tend to and clean the rooms. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Would never stay there again, and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

None of the staff are helpful or pleasant to communicate with. The rooms are not clean. Curtains and sofas are stained and behind them, dusty. The balcony furniture is rusted. Along the standup shower edges it was black. There is a lot of pool staff but no one monitors the chairs. People will place an item on the chair and will not be by the pool utilizing it for hours. Do not recommend and definitely not at this price.

Really bad very noise area since 5 am The keyboard to open the door has no battery took 45 minutes to fix it the room was dirty the bed it’s like a rock not good experience at all
