The floor in the bedroom was dirty we also booked a king room but the bed was not a king. Staff were not overly friendly. The bathroom was not well set out with the toilet so close to the shower and nowhere to hang towels.

Our room was very dated and not well maintained. Power points were hard to find and most were not working, with no USB points. Curtains didn't really block out light due to no pelmet and gaps. The bathroom was disturbingly unclean with the floor tiles very very grotty. The shower required gymnastics to enter as the door was next to toilet. There were coffee facilities but they were hidden and very hard to find... perhaps relocate to tge kitchen bench for ease of use! In the pool area, there were a lot of staff standing around doing nothing, and many tables were left unclean. Towels were not removed from lounge chairs, so very difficult to determine if any were free to use. There was not a lot of water provided. Location is okay but not vibrant like South Beach.

Loose tiles all over the entire suite (850 sqft 1bedroom w/ balcony) rusted show heads a door that didn’t latch the staff allowed someone up to the room after I told them they were not allowed. The staff also opened the door randomly one night without any notice because it wasn’t latched. Paint slopped onto the door handles and dirty showers… oh and a massive hole in the couch held together with safety pins that I didn’t know about until I was stabbed by one.

The room appearance does not match the rest of the hotel. Entry the hotel and poo areas draws you in. When you exit the elevator you are met with worn faded dirty carpet and a room that is just as unkept. Shower showed signs of mildew.
