It was very clean. The workers at the property were very attentive. The only thing I would say is, I wish they would have more options for breakfast and offered more food instead of just one pancake or one omelette. Carlos was a wonderful host.

We love the cleanliness of the room, and that it was very modern-looking. The breakfast was AMAZING!! The B&B reached out to us earlier in the day and asked when we would be arriving. I said 1pm and would we drop our bags off, but she said our room would be ready early. So we truly appreciated the early check-in. The cons were that the room was small. And the parking is $20, but at a mall a block away. My family and I would most definitely stay here again, due to the location, the ambiance and the breakfast.

Both beds too soft, one had side where you would roll off bed. Bath wall had strange brown smear near towel rack. Sink stopper not working. Otherwise clean and presentable. Very pleasant breakfast and serving staff.

We stayed only a night. This a very cozy place you will enjoy. Our room was small but we only need it to shower and sleep, quite area about 10 blocks from south beach. I booked for the price and because it says parking available however the parking is just a public parking 2 blocks away. Free if you stay more than 2 nights but we paid $20 because of only - night. Breakfast included and is made to order with pancakes and omelettes, would love to have fresh fruits since we are vegetarians that barely eats eggs, but we made an exception. Free refill coffe and orange juice :) staff is friendly, check in and check out was very simple. No hidden fees and no bad surprises! They do have a patio where we enjoyed very late at night after our day.. we said that this one is a very little hotel :) thanks for everything!

Juan Carlos was amazing. I wish I can remember the young ladys name in the morning, she was amazing as well. Place was clean, private and very intimate. Very Zen-like.....Definitely not for the loud crowd. Few blocks from the beach, you can walk or rent golf cart or scooter a few blocks away on 6th Ave. It was not that far from airport either.

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was good, location well placed, room clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially on our check out, as our transfer to the airport never turned up, but with her help, we got to the airport in good time. It was a last minute solution that wasn’t stupid expensive like the rest of the beach. Pro: parking arranged on the property. Con: very tight space shared with very large cars. Pro: perfect location for my business needs Con: Miami Beach - you either love it or hate it and I only go because business demands it. I detest the place. The AC wasn’t cooling the room, which was surprising considering how small it is. When I talked to the maintenance guy about it he tried to tell me that it’s because I take a warm shower with the bathroom door open.🙄 The AC either works properly or it doesn’t. It finally got sorted out after 3 days. The pillows were like rocks which caused significant neck pain. I had to buy a couple pillows at the local Target. Investing in some new pillows is a small and inexpensive way to care for guests. Do it. This place is absolutely zero frills so if you’re looking for a place to rest your head after a long day at work and nothing else, this works.

I really enjoyed my stay! The property offers breakfast every morning, which was a great start to the day. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Every staff member I interacted with was accommodating and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service—except for one, who unfortunately matched the description of the rude staff member mentioned in several other reviews. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.
