Room was in good condition and staff was good. It's the room choice they gave us next to the elevator that makes a tremendously loud and annoying sounds. it was a little bit of a struggle to sleep. Room/Bathroom was out of some hygienic cleaners.

This was a very nice hotel with a clean room and friendly staff. The timely daily made service was an added benefit. The location on Miami Beach is superior. Our only complaint is that we had previously requested a room on a lower level and they put us on the top floor.

The National was a lovely place to stay. The front desk clerk was very welcoming on arrival, the pool was amazing, access to the beach was awesome, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. While the price was high, it was aligned with the area.

Almost all qas perfect, just wifi could be improved it was cutting often. I would come back again here anytime was great vacation, next to the beach, ocean drive to walk/run

Poolside seating - chaises with umbrellas, and cabanas were very nice. Staff attendants at the pool, specifically Salah provided excellent service

Hotel was nice but not to many people they would not let me check out until 1pm and the penthouse bedroom was subpar due to noise. Honestly I would not stay here again

Great hotel, comfortable room, loved the pool and the overall vibe. I would say the drinks were very expensive as was the restaurant and pool snacks, the quality was fine but you should be aware of the exorbitant prices. We paid more for the food and drinks than we did for the hotel room for one night.

Cabana room - amazing. Clean and quiet. Right off long pool for great views anytime you sit on balcony. Staff - everyone friendly and attentive. We didn’t go without at any time. Food and Drinks - we dined at beach, pool, bar, and restaurant. All outstanding. Drinks on point. Location - perfectly situated on the beach. A short walk to Lincoln Rd and Ocean Drive. Lots of places within walking distance to enjoy coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
