The hotel was great but being made unaware before had that it was $100 per night deposit put a damper on my time there. I had to cancel plans because of the financial burden of this.

The room was a little worn. Beds was OK. The restaurant staff seemed to not be too happy about their jobs and there was hard to find some happy smiles. Same in reception. Tipping did not make smiles too.The valet outside did also not really bother to push the door button even we had two kids and 4 suitcases + handluggage. This is not a 4 star hotel but more like a 3 star hotel. The restaurant area was alright. The balcony was a balcony with a couple chairs. Nothing else. Was very sterile and "factory-like". The breakfast menu was ok and the food was very good. We were happy with the food quality.

Buyer Beware. While the hotel was lovely, we were unable to use the premium balcony we paid for due to long-term construction on the neighboring building facade. We had to keep our balcony door closed and the fan on to drown out the non-stop jackhammering. The hotel offered a refund on our resort fee as compensation, though it wasn't enough. The hotel is beautiful, though, and there are two pools and direct beach access. The staff was great, especially our housekeeper. The valet was quick (There is no nearby public lot). We recommend Sazon Cuban for great food in an incredible atmosphere and George's Italian for lobster ravioli, both less than a five minute drive. There's also a nearby Publix grocery store with plenty of parking. When the construction is over, we will likely try again.

Currently, they are doing construction right next to the building. They don’t work on the building all day long, but they do work on the building during the day, which is a little annoying. BUT, the rooms are clean, the staff is super nice, and the food is really good. They are all very attentive to the needs of their guests and I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful, just felt like they had an attitude as if I’m a bother, instead of a valued customer they want to have back. But the other staff like the coffee service, restaurant server, beach server, and the valet was friendly. Otherwise the property was nice and clean, we loved the beach area the most. The rooms were small but neat.
