Hi everyone. I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach hotel. While we understand and acknowledge that the standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, as clearly stated in the confirmation, our experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of service and flexibility. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:45 AM after an overnight flight from California with our three young children. Given the circumstances, we kindly asked the front desk if an early check-in might be possible. One staff member was polite and said she would do her best to accommodate us. However, during her lunch break, we inquired again with another staff member who bluntly reiterated that check-in is strictly at 4:00 PM and offered no assistance beyond saying we might be called if a room became available sooner. After a long and sleepless night of travel, it was extremely difficult for our family to wait in the hotel lobby for several hours. No one made any further effort to help us, nor did we feel that staff showed any empathy toward our situation. While I fully respect hotel policies, I do believe that some consideration or flexibility could be extended to loyal or Honor members when possible. It was disappointing that not a single room was available before 4:00 PM, and it raised questions as to why it would take over five hours to prepare even one room for check-in. Was not satisfied with the service!

Construction happening next door, so the beach, pool or any of the experience at the hotel is just noisy. Service could be better. Elevator was down so only one working so it took forever and we were on the 8th floor. Having to carry luggage down the steps. Concierge asked me to select a wine bottle on them since it was my birthday and did not receive anything. Just with all that’s happening there should at least be exceptional service to make up for all the inconvenience but there wasn’t

I was looking forward to this much-needed short getaway to celebrate my partner's birthday. However, I attempted to call ahead to confirm all reservation details and had significant difficulty reaching a live representative to communicate with the property prior to my visit. Upon my arrival, there were communication issues, and the hotel representative explained that the staff was short and doing their best, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I was placed in a room that did not have a clear ocean view, contrary to what I had paid for in my reservation packet. The front desk representative indicated that he would arrange for a room change the following day, but this was not honored due to the hotel's full capacity at that time. The next day, as I was advised to speak with the manager regarding the room change, I was informed that they could relocate my room, but it would only be to a lower floor with a partial ocean view. I chose not to pursue the matter further and decided to express my dissatisfaction through this review. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, there was significant construction occurring at the neighboring building, which resulted in continuous noise from around 4 to 5 o'clock in the afternoon. This impacted my ability to enjoy the beach, pool, or restaurant as intended. Overall, this trip did not meet my expectations, and I hope that the hotel, resort, or Expedia will consider providing some form of credit or discount for a future stay.

Elevators didn’t work was insane on the 10th floor with no elevator. The pull out bed had no sheets or pillows had to walk to the front desk at midnight to get sheets because no one answer the phone! Would never stay here again

The room and hotel m were nice. We had a beach view in the top floor. We also enjoyed the long beach walk behind the hotel and outdoor dining at hotel restaurant. The only downside was that only 1 elevator worked and it appeared that the hotel was full. We had to wait for long periods of time.
