Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Well what can I say? I am glad we didn’t take any notice of some of the negative reviews. The staff, some of the most inviting staff we’ve ever encountered (which I also feel is a rarity in Miami). Super helpful with getting us checked in, with questions around shuttles etc and always had the biggest smiles. The rooms are so spacious and meticulously clean. Very modern and in great repair! Plenty of parking available too! The FREE shuttle from the airport worked amazingly, couldn’t have waited more than 5 minutes and was at the hotel in no time. Overall we had an amazing stay for two nights prior to our cruise, and would 100% stay again! Great value for money and the perfect stay.

Did not think the hotel was worth the money. I expected something more, room was small, bed was uncomfortable. Our view was great but on the ground floor , so not private. I would have booked the home 2 suite side of the hotel had I known they shared the same property. Breakfast had great options.

Terrible experience

Not a good experience at this hotel. Upon checking the attendant would not stop texting someone and only got worse on the room. Terrible odor in the room, electrical outlets in bathroom did not work and toilet seat broken. Bed was awful.

Disappointing Experience The customer service was very poor — I requested towels that were never delivered. The room had a strong, musty, moldy odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The water temperature was extremely hot, even when turned to the cold setting, making it difficult to shower. On top of that, the shower floor was dangerously slippery, there’s sharp metal parts sticking out of the edges of the bed, and the toilet seat lids broke off in both rooms! However, the extensive breakfast buffet and the late checkout somewhat made up for the hotel’s drawbacks. Overall, still not a pleasant stay. Hopefully the hotel can make some improvements
