Couldnt change my reservations even with the trip insurance. Masters of bait and switch. Had to add a day and they even made me pay 2 deposits, and change rooms. They target south anericans who cone to shop in Miami. These guys are crooks

It's not a five-star hotel, but if you're looking for a safe place to stay for a few days and want somewhere to rest, it's perfect! I would recommend it. The reception staff were very helpful.

Hotel clerk helpful, not pleasant though. Breakfast was crowded, need more seating or let food go to rooms. Place definitely needs lots of TLC. Not bad for one night would not stay much longer than that. Breakfast was good. Liked the setup pool, basketball hoop.

The staff at this place make everything difficult. We stayed and then extended, had to repay the deposit every time, whilst they refund the previous deposit… it’s just trifling. Cleaning is non existent, since when do hotels not provide clean sheets/ towels at least once a week. I had issues with microwave which was glued together, oven was unusable as it hadn’t been cleaned and was Smokey… just not a welcoming place
