Super convenient. We rolled our bags right from baggage claim to the hotel elevator. Checkin was easy. The room overlooked the airport but was quiet. The bed was comfy. There was a coffee maker, hair dryer, desk with chair and a clothes steamer. The bath was small but functional and lighting color and a big mirror made shaving and makeup easy. There was a large TV. The one side of the bed lacked a night table and light and the desk was missing a lamp. The room had a nice feel but every light seemed to have a different color of light. The room would have felt cozier with coordinated lighting. The hallways were a little grin. Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived they gave away our king room and said they gave us a better room queen supreme or something but it was super sketchy. The door didn’t shut all the way you could literally push it open without turning the handle. It also wouldn’t lock. the only way to ensure our safety was to use the deadbolt. At 7am someone tried to come into our room and the only reason they didn’t enter is because of the deadbolt. Giving away our room and downgrading us to a room that doesn’t lock isn’t a “better deal” like they told us. Would not stay here in the future.
