More sleep, no taxi, stay ay international

The hotel has great potential to become a practical choice for guests. It offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, and fast check-in. The easy access is a plus, but the air conditioning needs maintenance or adjustments, as it is effective yet noisy. Additionally, more marketing efforts are necessary to attract more visitors, which could lead to increased investments.

Twice I emailed b4 going I emailed and asked for an aeroplane view (actually the only reason to stay in MIA without moving on). Twice they said request was noted. When I got there and asked the disinterested clerk if the room they allocated had a view he said no. I pointed out I had had two emails saying request was noted. " Yes well your booking was thru Expedia so you've got an expedia room ". " no we cant change it, you'll have to talk to expedia ". It actually had a view of a multi-storey car park in the exact opposite direction. The corridors were dingy, lots of plaster off the walls and workmen appearing to be patching stuff. Worse still, any person can get in hotel lift from the main terminal, go up and wander about the corridors (must be just about the only airport hotel in any country I've ever been in that didn't have keycard access to floors going up). Presumably this is to get people to use the top floor restaurant/bar altho it is barely advertised - it does actually have some views but amazingly doesn't open for breakfast and frankly the service at lunchtime was pretty poor. So all in all, not an experience I would repeat. And if you are into aircraft spotting definitely go somewhere else (back in the day it used to have a rooftop athletic centre where many an enthusiast spent a happy day. Long gone).

We had a delayed arrival to Miami due to weather and got in at 230 am. Wow we were so grateful they allowed us to check in! Very clean room and quiet.

The hotel is a good option for an overnight stay at the airport The facility is a little outdated. Rooms need remodeling. The customer service needs improvement. I ordered an espresso coffee and was brought Cuban coffee.
