When checking in the staff did not advise me of any of the amenities or what to do with my car. No valets for over 20 minutes wait. I had to ask for information as opposed to most 5* hotels advising you in advance. Also concierge where very grumpy. Nice hotel and excellent room. Great bar and bar staff. But front desk etc. were disappointing.

The property was very clean and staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were cozy and soft.Would definately stay here again.

Smelly rug, then toilet was not working properly. Early morning I flushed and the water overflowed the toilet and the hall rug got wet of dirty water. Staying at a JW Marriott should be positive, we were not expecting such a bad experience. We arrived very late and decided to go to the bed and not requesting a change due to the odor. This hotel looks like a Motel 6, premises are very old and the type of people staying in the hotel were very cheap (horrible people). This is a brand that is melting down!!!!!!

The room cleaning is not very detailed. One day the cleaning lady left a cleaning bottle and the other day there were garage underneath the table.

Property and staff were great! The hotel is a bit on the older side but nothing to complain about here. Lots of places to walk to eat as well.
