Got to the hotel and had to carry large luggage up multiple flights of stairs to our room. Then our key didn’t work had to repeatedly go down multiple flights of stairs to try different keys because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Lobby was extremely loud and our room was filthy with a landlord paint special and water smelled of terrible mold. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Nice severs and bartenders. Dinner was fantastic, big portions. The breakfast is an additional fee but it was cold, minimal options and already out of food by 730am. The reason for our low rating is primarily the fact that we were escorted to the service elevator upon arrival because the main elevators weren’t working. We ended up getting stuck in the service elevator for ten minutes before it let us off on a random floor. I think they had the elevators fixed by the end of the night but we took the stairs for the remainder of the stay. The staff said sorry… but my mother the in law had a heat condition and she was absolutely terrified by the ordeal. The stairs were hard for her but she was too scared to use the elevator again.

Terrible policy

I arrived a little early and they asked me for extra 25$ for the room key even if they have my room empty at that time, is a wrong way to treat the customers , also the air conditioner was not cool enough for the room size .

Move on and don't waste your time or money!

This was a terrible experience. I will start with the fact the elevators were "not working" which resulted hauling 5 huge bags up the stairs. Then we went down to enjoy the amenities, but those were not available too. Moving forward to attempting to use the bathroom in the lobby and was told those were also "not available" and I was instructed to use the pool bathroom. Although "updated" this restroom had ZERO soap or paper towels.... Resulting in the inability to wash your hands after using the restroom. Fast forward to our shower experience. The tub was dirty and chipped in several places. Then when I had requested additional towels (because I had 4 people in the room and was only given 2 towels total) I was denied the ability for additional towels! After attempting to get some from housekeeping and then by calling the front desk, a person finally arrived to hand me a single pool towel to use for showering. This was an absolutely horrible experience and I would give them ZERO stars. I believe a motel 6 might provide a better experience and amenities. Don't waste your time or money!

Our tub was filthy and when we called about it we were told it was cleaned and hung up. Someone else was given the key to the room we occupied. Not enough wash clothes for 2 guests. Communication was difficult and very uncoordinated. The staff were very nice but not able to understand English very well

Early check-in was $25;which was expected. We were given inconsistent information about shuttles, one staff told to come at 5.15am for an early shuttle, another told us there is no schedule and shuttle will be called when we come down and when we were down at 5.15am we were told shuttle just left 10mins ago and next one will be at 6am. Safe in room didn't work, neither did the tv (no signal no matter which channel). One elevator seemed out of order randomly. Only redeeming feature was that there are several eating options within 10-15 walk.
