The staff wasn’t friendly. The balcony was more like a brick wall. The breakfast was skimpy and should’ve been free considering the low quality. The juice was fermented. The bed was fine.

Everything is great! I stayed the night before my flight and told the shuttle to the airport. One thing I did not like is the dirty-looking grout in my bathroom. I stayed in room 603. (For sure it was room 3 and I think it was the 6th floor) I think you just need to re-grout that bathroom and paint the wall that looks very dirty in that bathroom (right above the floor by the tub). Everything else was fabulous.

I’ve stayed here several times when I have an early flight out of Miami International Airport. It is incredibly close to the rental car return, which is a big plus for me. The room is comfortable and adequate. There has been some remodeling done, but in the bathroom, it appears to just be some caulk and paint and that won’t last long The first several times I stayed there the parking was free, which thrilled me. I was surprised that I had to pay $28 for parking this time. I guess that’s the way it’s going to be in the future.

Hotel is clean and modern. However no mention when booking that parking is no longer available and it’s now a separate business that charges by the hour. It could have made a difference when booking.

First, the shuttle late at night does not run on any regular schedule so just plan for an Uber/Lyft unless you want to stand on a curb waiting for who knows how long. Second, front desk staff not super friendly or welcoming. Third, tiny bathroom with low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, the bed and pillows were comfy enough and the room was clean so I’m giving this a “good” rating since we just stayed one night and slept well.
