Nice place & helpful staff liked the property that we stayed in only one issue. They should have signs up asking people to be respectfully quiet after 10 o’clock at night. You hear every foot step because of the wooden floors on the stairs & people talking loudly at night in the corridor.

Super great location and a super cool property. That’s really well maintained. They were cleaning it every morning from the wind, knocking leaves down and stuff. It’s a very tropical staff was super nice as well.

I lived in Miami my whole life and drove by this place 1000 times and never knew how cool it was inside. I don’t think I’ll ever stay in any place else when I visit home again the fact that they even have a little bar next-door that you can go to. It was just awesome. The location can’t be beat. It’s so centrally located to everything yet. Such a quiet, little isolated, tropical paradise the staff was super nice too.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. The location felt dangerous/sketchy. The accommodations were extremely disappointing—definitely not what was advertised. I was given a room on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was completely unreasonable, especially with luggage. The building felt neglected and poorly maintained. I ended up checking out earlier than planned. I sent multiple text messages to the number posted at the reception door (there was no staff around), and no one ever responded. Despite leaving early and trying to communicate, I was still charged for the extra day I didn’t stay. Poor communication, bad service, and just a terrible overall experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The grounds are pretty, and the bar area was nice. If you book on Expedia, you will likely get the "non-premium" rooms. We booked two rooms. One had no mirrors except the small one in the bathroom. It did not have a plug in the bathroom, so there was no way to use any hair tools where the one mirror was found. The other room had a broken lock in the sliding glass door, so it was a safety issue. We put a piece of furniture on it to prevent it from opening. The manager did come up to see it, but of course, there is no way you can fix that in one day. No lock on a door is a big issue. Neither of these rooms has TVs (no big deal), but they were very clean.

The facility is fabulous but it needs tender loving care tlc.. the room wasnt vacuumed in a while, toilet kept running, AC was centralized and sort of got the room cool, 1 window shade was broke. It's sad cause the property is awesome!
