Room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Restaurant food delicious, staff attentive, seated quickly. Front Desk staff was very helpful…I needed to hem two pair of pants and they dug out lots of sewing kits for me. My only issue was the airport shuttle. I arrived at the airport around 4:30 pm and it seems like lots of planes arrive then. Two shuttles were already full by the time they reached stop 22 near United airlines. I ended up trudging all the way to the international arrivals section at shuttle stop 4 to make sure to get an empty shuttle so I could get a seat and bag storage in back. More shuttles needed at that timeframe, with some bypassing the first couple of stops in order for domestic flight passengers to have a loading chance at shuttle stops 21, 22, 23.
