The property itself was well kept and clean. However, I was disappointed by several aspects of our stay.
Paid parking did not make sense, as there were plenty of parking spots available. It felt like an unnecessary way to charge guests extra.
We asked about early check in and were told there were zero rooms available. We were also informed that even if early check in were possible, there would be a fee. This was surprising. In the end, we were not allowed to check in early at all.
The pool and hot tub was nice and enjoyable.
Breakfast was included in our package and the restaurant itself was good. However, if breakfast were not included, I would not pay for it. The cost was $50 for two people. The waitress double checked our room number and confirmed that our breakfast was free. At the end of the meal, she returned with a bill. I had to explain that breakfast was part of our package before the charge was removed. It made the experience uncomfortable and felt a bit sneaky.
Overall, while the property has some positives, the extra fees and billing confusion took away from the experience.
