The shuttle service sucked so bad we ended up just ordering a lyft to come get us after multiple full buses and a half hour wait between shuttles when told next one will be there in 15 minutes. The faucet in the bath tub ran all night long and not just a drip, constant flow. Also had a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom when we arrived. We have been fans of the Double tree for years would never stay here again. Also no cookies.

The initial people that we dealt with when arriving at the property were great. We arrived several hours before check in and were able to drop off our luggage, however when we came back to check in later the gentleman behind the desk was very unwelcoming. He would ask a question and then cut you off while answering it, then basically put the keys on the desk and did not give you any information about the property. I layer tried to call the Careline to aska question and nobody picked up. The property is nice and the rooms are clean, so if you don't mind rude staff it's not bad.

The every half hour free airport shuttles, friendly staff, impressive and invitimg lobby and dining areas and spotless and spacious ooms made our overnight stay in Miami extremely pleasant and comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Terrible experience! 3:45 could check in had to wait till 4pm . At 4 pm there was a 1/2 hour line to get to check in after an exhausting day of travel to be delayed even further could have been avoided. The front desk guy could see my frustration and said “ you need a cookie “ overall terrible check in experience. Room was not clean border line filthy , dirty floors. Old soap scum in shower , hair on toilet and walls had some kind of stains running down it, not up to par of a Double Tree by Hilton. For this price definitely not worth the hassle. Attempted to book shuttle for the morning to the airport was told starts at 6 and it’s first come first serve ! That’s what I was told. We took an Uber at 545am

What a scam!!! Booked for a pull out couch (it's was a single chair) and a king size bed. There was no blankets or pillows for the pull out even though we had booked for three people and two beds. We then had to hound them to get the blankets and pillows. The room comes with no soap to wash your hands sorry no soap for you!!. This was the worst hotel I had stayed at in a really long time. The wait for the room to be told o no come back later after being told we could check in early was really annoying. Then to get to the room to find no soap no blankets and not pillows for my pull out bed and only one on the king size bed. We went down every hour for 4 hours for the blankets until I really started yelling and calling every 5 mins.our plane left at 5:55 AM and didn't get the blanket and pillow until almost 9PM
