Excellent service from checking in to checking out. The front staff was friendly, courteous and professional. They assisted me with securing reliable transportation to the airport on my departure day. The cleaning staff was very attentive and prompt with any needs our room had. The hotel was clean, safe and located in the heart of many local NY attractions. I'd happily stay here again. Thank you!

The area was noisy, room was not clean, and stated laundry facilities are non-existent. Complained upon arrival but was effectively laughed at. Upon (early) check-out (without any refund), Sheree was excellent, however by then it was sadly too late.

The hotel was great. Highly recommend. Everything was clean. Rooms were nice and loved how they provided shampoo/conditioner/body soap. Used the coffee machine in room. Nice having security guard on duty at all times and locked elevator. Felt safe. Highly recommend this location. Perfect to time square and multiple subway entrances. Right next to Port Authority subway station that connects you to all the lines. Perfect location to food. Perfect to all site seeing spots. Definitely staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again without hesitation. The rooms and bathrooms are very smart and beds are so comfortable. All staff are very helpful and it is very handy for walking to all areas of midtown. It is also not far even with suitcases from Penn station which is easy to get to via train from the airport. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again if I’m lucky enough to visit New York in the future

Great location and very nice room! Did not have the breakfast, since it was full charge and there are so many more options in the city. There is some loitering outside in the front patio of the bldg, but there was a cop outside to keep an eye on things. We would definitely stay here again!
