Great stay for a couple. The room was spacious (especially by NYC standards), had a nice view of Times Square and great shower pressure. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The onsite breakfast was great for the value. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything and is an easy walk to all your essentials. I’d definitely stay again.

The front desk lady was very kind to let us check in early. She did warn us we would get a room on a low floor and that was okay! However after we checked in a few hours later, we notice there were dirty napkins under the bed? We were only staying for one night and by this time it was already pretty late. So we let it go. Then the next morning trying to take a shower. The water wouldn’t fluctuate temperature. So I called the front desk and they sent maintenance immediately but, they couldn’t fix it. Also the sink water wouldn’t fluctuate in temperature either. And it was leaking? Regardless the front desk was informed and no compensation was even offered? Truly disappointed.

The staff was fine, the amenities were lacking. This hotel was such a disappointment, the lobby area was small and crowded and hot. The doors into the hotel were always dirty. The bar area had 2 small loveseats and 4 chairs with 2 coffee tables and about 10 small barstools. Sammy, the bartender was very nice though. The room on the 20th floor was a decent size but very dated. The bedside sconces were hung so high you had to get out of bed to turn on and off and they were bright and not dimmable The bathroom configuration was awkward as well. The glass shelf over the toilet was falling off the wall.The bed was comfortable but the wooden headboard needs to be cleaned between guests. The restaurant was hidden down a hallway and only served a breakfast buffet at $20 per person and a very limited, pricey menu for the bar area. The WORST thing though was the noise inside the room at 20 floors up- you could hear the subway below, the elevator and the neighboring rooms. This did not feel like I would expect for a Sheraton/ Marriot Bonvoy stay.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. All the staff was courteous and very helpful with questions and directions. Room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Really thought it would be smaller being in midtown. Beds were comfortable and clean. Easy access to Times Square (short walk), subway, food and gift shops. Very satisfied with our stay.
