You got to remember that even though a room might be relatively expensive compared to some cities, for Manhatten, this is cheap. You got to expect to receive a cheaper service. The breakfast was pretty bad with only a few options available. Most mornings we went elsewhere for a bagel, so no biggie. I liked that coffee was available from the machine 24/7. Whilst we were there a guest was placed in the next room with a big dog, which would bark loudly when the owner wasn't there. This was a concern for us, not only for the noise but for the dog's welfare. After we complained the hotel did offer us two different rooms, but there were issues with both of the rooms on offer (broken thermostat or no natural light). So we stayed put and hoped for the best. Our friends, who were staying 2 floors up, could also hear the dog.

Room was very clean and enough space for two people being in NYC. Courteous staff, free water and the breakfast buffet was good. Only downside was our A/C unit, it would not change fan speeds or shut off, and it constantly seemed like we were either too hot or too cold in the room.

This property although expensive was right in the area where I needed to be. Walking distance to Penn station, and Time Square. The room was small but we were hardly there. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was plentiful and hot. I have no complaints about my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very busy and near Times Square and access to trains. The staff was very pleasant, their breakfast was basic cereal, bagels, eggs and bacon, toast. The 2 queen bedroom was very tight, expected in NYC l guess. The bathroom was decent and clean. The hotel was kept very clean. Overall l would recommend staying at this place

This is the WORSE hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. They gave me a room in the basement. There was no insulation at all and the heaters run all night long. They are super loud. ON TOP OF that they charge an absurd amount for some made up RESORT FEE on top of the standard rate.. it's a total scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! STAY AWAY

The bed in our room was wet with urine. We did not realize it until we got into bed around 10 pm, at which point we notified the hotel staff. We were moved to a new room and found hair and stains on the mattress cover in that room. The experience was disruptive and disappointing. Also, the breakfast area was small and extremely crowded. The food did not look appetizing. We went out for breakfast each morning instead.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were very friendly. Room was decent size for nyc hotel. Problem- heating was not great. Bathroom and part of room smelled like smoke. Probably won’t stay there again unless they update the HVAC system.
