The hotel service desk was so helpful. My flight got canceled from a snow storm and after being at jfk for hours, he seamlessly checked me right back into the room I was staying in.

The room was nice for our stay. We were out and about most of the time. The staff was super friendly and we felt safe there. The location is fantastic. The bathroom did have mold growing along the window frame and it was noisy in the mornings during trash collection.

The Key card kept getting disabled so we had to replace it multiple times. When trying to call the lobby, reception, and house keeping no one would answer so we had to go all the way downstairs from the 25th floor. I wasn’t happy with my stay at all

The room was great. One big problem: the concierge did a hard sell on a hotel-related product that would have requiree me to spend time at an event. He wouldn't take "no" for an answer until I just had to cut off the conversation. That has never happened anywhere else. It left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Security stop me for proof to acces my rom, but not the girls in front of me. Then told me to not try to get off the building without any proof or!! Then accused me of been intoxicated, several times treating to me to punch me or cut me, told manager Ron Whitetaker several times until he finally took him off from his position, i will never return to this place

Everything stood out,first of all the iconic hotel with a magazine named after it, use to read it and still do to stay in the know. The room i chose was small, but cozy and a nice viee of some of the city and skyscrapers. Nice front desk staff, jjust have them to cover their motuhs when yawning in public in front of hundreds of people. Otherwise, super clean, super quiet and close to everything. It may ne my go to on my visits back home. Grazie.

Would be good but even paying extra for late checkout, my daughter and I had to pay for each item they held onto for just a few hours so we could grab food before leaving for the airport. In my many years of travel, this has been a courtesy and I would leave a tip. Also no small fridge in room and the shower water was either very hot or very cold.
