It was great location. everything is so close. we could check in at 12pm was nice. I just did not like that the bathroom was separate. and did not vacuum the floor. The staff was helpful as well.

This is exactly as advertised, small, but very functional and clean rooms. I had a full pod with shower and toilet, and it was perfect. Not one item too much in the room and not one item too little. The staff was very kind and courteous, airport Transportation was convenient with a limo driven by a very pleasant lady. I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency, but will be returning next week to complete what I had to do in New York. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who wants convenience, safety, cleanliness, and everything that New York has to offer.

The rooms are a lot smaller than pictured but still comfortable. There was a cockroach in the hallway but as soon as they were alerted they got it fixed. Overall it was decent but nothing special

Clean room. Basic room. Compact, very, but it’s NYC. Bathroom was horrible for us. Couldn’t close door. And can see into bathroom from the bedroom (literally a window between 2 rooms. Shower was too small. Wish the shower head was adjustable so that it was not literally raining on you the entire time, especially if you weren’t planning to wash hair. Water temperature only reached lukewarm in the shower.
