The staff who greeted us from the moment we arrived were amazing. Really friendly and couldn’t be happier to help. The room was absolutely fine for our needs, the bathroom was really good with good toiletries. The rooms AC was okay, the bed was a little hard for our liking, but its location made up for that. The breakfast which we had every morning was really good and we couldn’t fault it. There was also free coffee on top 24/7. We used the baggage services when we arrived as we arrived earlier than the 4pm check in time. We departed at 12 noon.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was great with lots of amenities (kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge) and very clean. Complimentary breakfast set up was excellent. Location was perfect for what we were doing. We'll be back!

Upon arrival,I was given the wrong type room. All of the other rooms were booked,so the proper room wasn't available until the following day. The thermostat was broken,causing me a night with no heat on the coldest weekend on record in decades. The lack of a second bed and no heat forced my expected guest to stay at a separate hotel. Plus,the tv didn't work !!! Despite my room being changed next day,the damage was done. As restitution,I was only offered hotel points,until I contacted Expedia and they negotiated my proper compensation.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. As us being first timers in New York, they were patient and gave us some awesome recommendations. The young man at the front desk (so sorry I can’t remember his name) was very sweet and helpful. Would be coming back again!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very prompt in assisting us with any needs. (We requested extra blankets, they were delivered to our room within minutes. We had an issue with our TV remote, they were there to fix it within minutes) We enjoyed the free breakfast and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
