Almost unbelievably good
I am amazed that I got this place at such a great rate but because it might be the nicest place I have ever stayed in NYC, and it was easily the most budget friendly I found for this particular trip. Service was magnificent, the room was great, and the location is pretty great, too. Maybe I just got lucky, but I will definitely look to this place for my next hotel stay in NYC.

Disappointing customer service
The hotel is well designed and the room was nice, however the overhead shower did not work. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk of the disappointment with the overhead shower not working and there was no “I’m sorry that happened” or any sort of compensation offered. The response was “I’ll tell them”. Disappointing customer service.

There was not much we liked about it. A lot of little things were broken/not working properly (TV volume, shower knob, heat/ac control) all small things but a lot that made a bad impression. There was no place to get a good mean on property. And Valet cost was not communicated. The whole vibe of the place was just off.

Blake, the Doorman, was fantastic. You can tell the staff at this hotel are hospitality experts. Slept great and comfortable beds. Gym is very small. Dumbells only go to 30lbs and just one bench and treadmill. Worked great for me but only two people could fit in there.
