The staff was very nice. The room was very small. That was OK but there was no place to put suitcases except the floor. No drawers to unpack clothes on a five night stay. Dangerous as it was easy to trip over suitcases in the middle of the night. Had to move rooms because of water coming thru light fixture in shower.

MOST of the time there was only one elevator that could be used. This caused a hardship for everyone staying there. Then there was the room. The heat didn’t work. Yeah kinda cold thanksgiving weekend when you can’t turn the heat up. It’s an old hotel that has been remodeled. You can’t put lipstick on a pig and charge $300 a night. The location is great but you pay the price

We were placed in the wrong room for the first night. When we asked for the correct room we were then without a room for the day as we had to wait for the correct room to be cleaned. Our only compensation was the resort fee refunded for the first night. This doesn’t cover the inconvenience of packing/unpacking again and being without a room for the day. Reception staff not friendly nor welcoming. If you asked for anything it was as though you’d put them out. Luggage guys and cleaners are lovely and friendly. Room its self is clean and big for New York but it is a no frills stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and it is a good size for NYC (Executive King). The location is amazing - just 1/2 a block from Time Square and close to all the Broadway theaters, Bryant Park, and lots of restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was also very quiet. Parking is extremely easy. There are two parking garages very close by -- we chose the Meyers which has an exit on both 44th and 43rd. We've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to Times Square and Rockefeller, Carlos gave us awesome service helping with our bags, room was nice - great bed, everything clean and pretty quiet. Water pressure was a bit low and had very small elevators but we never waited for long. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was on a light well so dark. There was a portable window air conditioner in the window and it was 20 degrees outside. It seemed to be the only one left in. To keep the room at 72 the heater ran 45 minutes then cold air blew in fo 10 the the heat again. Long night. Used the black out curtains and towels to try and block air. Unfortunately it was 10 pm when we realized

Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. Staff were responsive to request for blankets. Heat wasn’t working correctly. No amenities for the price. Should have bottled water. Robes/slippers. No refrigerator. Elevators were very small and slow. Bedding was not plush bed was comfortable.
