The hotel is convenient and generally quiet (although the elevator was broken one night and that was loud). The hotel is clean, the breakfast fine. The staff could be friendlier. It's an affordable but not amazing option.

Dirty towels were replaced each day. We would have preferred to reuse them to help save water. Our room was quiet which was very nice. The elevator’s card access only did not work, so it was less secure. Location is great!

Breakfast wasn't healthy ... typical American high-carb/fat, low vegetable fare. Room was clean and front desk help was very friendly and professional, but little details dragged down this Hampton Inn a notch or two: scratches around the doors, stains on the mirror and a TV remote that didn't work. OK, especially for the price, but could be better with a little extra attention (and money). I've stayed at much nice Hampton Inns in the middle of NOWHERE.

For the price I paid i definitely would not recommend. The staff was friendly and the front host was kind. However, the lobby smelt absolutely horrible. The elevators smelt bad the hotel rooms were extremely dated and the carpet was filthy. I appreciate the staff and their hardwork but I would not recommend this due to the high price and terrible dirty odors.

I was happy to find this well kept hotel located near my son's apartment. The room was very clean - and I am picky! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, the breakfast, although not "healthy" was a welcome morning option rather than yet another restaurant! The breakfast staff were very efficient, refilling and cleaning. I was definitely impressed with this little hotel!

Firstly the area we found out after arriving is the worst in Germany. Red light district and full of immigrants. On that alone don’t visit. Room cleaned daily but really dated, dingy and not worth the money. Do your homework and pick another part of the city.
