The room was facing the street and was extremely loud all night. From the trucks, to the traffic, to the trash being picked up, to loud noises I barely slept. There was no coffee pot in the room and no room service. I was moved from one room to another because the first room smelled like mold.

Property is aged and rooms and bathrooms are too small. I also didn’t get any sleep due to noise in the hallway and outside the room window. There was some kind of machine that kept turning on periodically waking me up. As a result I’m very tired and sleepy now.

We were upgraded to silver without even asking and the balcony in room 1212 was a pleasent surprise. The staff was so kind. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Efficient. Franklin offered to help us rebook in the future. Will stay there again.
