I like this hotel because of its location. The rooms are small but comfortable. I like that you get 2 free beverages but the only beverage available at this location was soda. I could, however, get bottle water for my room. These perks are part of a hospitality fee that was required. Other locations I have stayed in had more options.

My tween daughter and I traveled alone to spend a couple days in NYC. I was a bit nervous since I got a great deal on this hotel during Black Friday deals but the StayPineapple was perfect for us! Staff was so friendly and helpful giving us recommendations for dinner. Room was clean and bed super comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Without telling us at check-in, the gave us a room with a murphy bed, which was uncomfortable and was so big you coudnt move around the room. Not sure why the person who checked us in put us in that room and didnt tell us. Recommend you find other hotels in yhe area if going to NYC.
