The staff at the hotel was very nice and very accommodating. The location was convenient for our train to/from Penn Station. Rooms are only cleaned every other day - just FYI. We were a little surprised by that. Beds aren't the best, but were fine. Overall a good deal for the price.

Oh my goodness I don't know where to start. So I actually booked a few nights at doubletree by hilton hotel in Times Square and let me tell you. I had a superb experience, The rooms were always cleaned daily. The hotel staff at front desk always greeted their guests everyday, there wasn't a dull moment passing through front desk without guests service saying hello. They are always happy, smiling, warm and inviting. My needs were always met pertaining to cleanliness or well being. Staff would text every now and then to see how their guest are doing. The rooms are comfy, The rooftop staff especially Jamila is a hardworker, her drinks are off the hook, she's sweet, humble and very accommodating when dealing with her customers. She is very cool, chilled and an amazing bartender/server customers love her. She's amazing. Francine the manager is awesome as well when should would see my family and I during breakfast or even throughout the day she would warmly greet us everyday to say hello and the way she engage with her staff she has like a great presence about her. Her staff loves and admire her and let me tell you they work hard effortlessly to meet every person's needs. The entire staff from room service, The bar and lounge ( both morning and evening staff) They're hospitality were beyond my expectation.Crystal, YF, Codi, Asante,Tuwina,David,Francine,Rachid,Franciso,Marlon,jose,jamila,jorge,Toni,Terianna,panashe and Wil Thank you all for your awesome hospitality.

Room was in okay condition. Reserved a king bed and when I got to the front desk they gave me two queens. Also arrived approximately 10pm and doorman would not let me in at first. I walked around thinking there was a second entrance and there was not. Overall would not stay here again
