This is a great value for the money spent. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and the water and coffee in the room, as well as the welcome cocktail were nice touches. The location is close to everything.

I would stay here 100 more times. Check in was seamless, got a free drink at the bar, room was clean and rather spacious for a New York hotel room. Lovely lounge area off the lobby was great to get some work done before heading to the airport. 5 stars.

Rooms are small but well designed, staff was courteous and friendly, great location…BUT…it’s noisy! Despite requesting a high floor we were put on the 6th floor and could hear everything happening outside all night. Sirens, blaring horns, bickering construction workers, we slept poorly and the only way we’d stay here again is if we were guaranteed a much higher floor. Better windows would also help. Our rooms were booked over two months in advance and at that time we requested a high floor and early check in and both were ignored.

Bed was super comfortable, room was clean, restaurant had great food choices for breakfast and convenient location to the Javits center. My daughter had a volleyball tournament there this past weekend and was only 13 minutes away.

Room was spotless super well cleaned and cared for . Really nice touch with a popcorn machine and some drinks in the lobby also comp drink the first day of arrival. Concierge guy helping with luggage and storage was fantastic couldn’t do enough for you. Really happy with the staff. Just a note to say it’s quite far from Times Square . Fine for us as we wanted to be further away but for anyone wanting to be close the hotel is at least 6 streets / blocks away. Excellent location for Madison square gardens , penn station , empire state etc . Very easy to get around.

Room was super clean, it was big like a normal hotel but perfect fit for 2! The bathroom was very spacious and the shower too.Our room had a great view. All the staff was super kind and a friendly. They were very helpful with all our questions we had.

Great staff, clean room. I thought the lobby and the eating area /lounge area could have been better heated.Yes, it was a cold front that came in, but it was freezing in the lobby bar and dining area...whether it was morning or night for the 5 days i was there.
