My #1 worry about hotels is cleanliness and safety — and I didn’t have to worry about either at voco. The staff were courteous and accommodating. I loved that the concierge was available to help us arrange transportation, if we needed it! The rooms were spotless. We received a (delicious) free drink at the hotel bar on the evening of our check-in. It made for an incredibly enjoyable stay, no matter how short! We’ll definitely be back!

Room was clean and tidy when I got there. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was able to leave my baggages with the hotel since I got to NYC before the check-in time. Marcos and Micheal went above and beyond to ensure I have a wonderful stay. They attended to all my needs and answered all my questions. Marcos is very professional and friendly, ensured my baggages were safe and clean. Having conversations and making suggestions for places to visit. Michael at the front desk was welcoming, professional and friendly. Answering all my questions and providing me with the need information to ensure my stay was great; which it was. I do recommend this hotel and i will definitely stay again.
