The apartment had a great view and it was just a 10 minute walk to town. The furnishings were comfortable and the unit was clean. However, the kitchen supplies were sparse. No paper towels, salt/pepper etc... We really enjoyed our stay here.

Room was lovely. Nice view, sheltered from wind at least while we were there. Nicely appointed and roomy. Unobtrusive but efficient room service. Biggest issue was fight for a car park. Yes they have parking for -30 cars at a pinch but there are 54 apartments

Views were incredible, the apartment modern and cosy, would have received 10/10 if parking was not a struggle, and reception were helpful, allocated parking would be nice close to the apartment but I had to drive back out to street also a struggle to find one in rain then carry big bags a long way. Reception unfriendly, coffee pods $2 for a broken machine, rules mention fines will be imposed for bodily fluid on bed, just that petty nonsense brings it down. If no chocolates in room just leave it off the advertised description, otherwise it is not true! Be nice to your guests, just a little. Email I could be late was ignored. Staff talking to each other rather than me on check-in. Need a ton of training for an easy job. Go see how Mercure do a brilliant job being guest centred.

Our last night in Queenstown and the apartment did not disappoint. The room was beautiful, the view was absolutely stunning. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine/dryer. Good size fridge and stove. Big bathroom(with a bath) and under floor heating. Bed was super comfy and had a great lounge area. The electric fire heater was a nice touch. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to town which was great. Didn’t have to worry about parking! The host, Letitia, was friendly and welcoming. would happily book this again.
