Great place to stay. Only issue were we had a gas leak feom the fire place and reception didnt seem interested in addressing this when we reported it so we werent able to use the fire place. The gardener was quite invasive coming onto outdoor area attached to apartment without consideration for occupants

Beautiful 2 bedroom Lakeview apartment. Views were amazing, apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely accomodating. Easy walk into town, easy parking and fabulous gym and jacuzzi. Loved having the kitchen to prepare our own meals.

This place is an underrated gem. It is 12 minutes walking from Queenstown downtown, secluded behind other structures and offers a great, unadulterated spectacular view of the lake and overall scenery. The staff is friendly, responsive and incredibly kind. This is perfect in every single way and will absolutely recommend it.

The views were phenomenal! The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy and sooo quiet. Parking is great, and also only a short walk to Queenstown. Easily one of the best places we have ever stayed! Absolutely loved it, and will be sure to return again soon.

Fantastic property! Has everything you would need. We got the 2 bedroom apartment and it had the studio the one bedroom apartment so really we had two bedrooms two bathrooms a kitchen and a kitchenette! Everything is well thought out for a comfortable stay I highly recommend! The only downside is that it is at the top of the hill (worth it as the views are incredible!). You can walk down to the main areas (10-15 min) or you can drive.

This property is on a very steep hill. Since I arrived after reception closed, they arranged to have my keys in an envelope in a box indicating after hour arrivals. The property’s entrance is bi-level and I approached the well lit level where I saw doors marked staff only, a combination box, and an after hours guest phone, but no boxes they described. Unable to make a call on the after hours phone, I called the them on my cell phone. Since reception was closed, this took me to security whose only purpose was to Let guests into their room who locked themselves out for $100 fee. She really could not help me much, but as we were talking, I sensed that something was not jiving, started walking around and discovered that the reception and the after hours arrival box was on the unlit upper level. The electric heater in my room did not operate and it was 35°F. The unit had a number of switches. I tried playing with them with no response and suffered a terribly cold night’s sleep. Reception sent maintenance to my room who also couldn’t get the heater to work. They gave me a portable unit and called the electrician who got it to work by putting the three different switches on the correct setting. Turning on heat for guests and maintenance personnel should be simple and routine, not a quixotic adventure. The day before check out, they sent me an email demanding that I take my own trash out or face cleaning fees. I have never received a correspondence like this. My god!

Stunning lake view. Apartment was comfortable and spacious. The walk up the hill is steep but totally doable- don’t let that deter you.
