The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some of the rooms are different so do recommend mentioning if you would prefer a shower or bath/shower combo in the studios, and whether you preference an air conditioner in the apartments.

Andrea was awesome. She helped us through a little situation when we first got there. We like the 1&2 bedroom apartments, but would avoid the studio apartments.

The views and rooms like images online. Check in process was easy. The room was heated and safe water was provided on arrival. The only thing not to my personal preference was the softness of the mattress. The king bed is made up of two twin beds so it’s not a seamless transition and dipped in the middle. There are a lot of road works around the hotel and Queenstown in general. Nothing that the operators can do but something for future guest to be aware of.

Great location with a view and easy walk into town although prepare for short step climb back up hill although only takes 10 mins from town. Spacious and clean with all the amenities I’d stay here again for sure
