I feel like the fact that you only have valet parking available and that it costs $35 per day and you have to wait for your car for 20mins should be made more clear before booking. If I had of known this before booking I would not have booked. Also we were given an accessible room when we had no need for one. Then the concierge asked us if we wanted to pay an extra $10 a night for a regular room. That was really uncomfortable question for us. We obviously didn’t want to use up an accessible room when someone else might need it. However we also didn’t think we should have to pay extra. The hotel room was also not very sound proof. We could hear bins being collected and street noise and people talking so it wasn’t the most pleasant place we’ve stayed at. Everything else was quite good though. The restaurant downstairs was exceptional.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean. Was disappointed in our room as all windows were blocked by the building next door so it felt like a cave in the middle of a sunny day. We paid to upgrade for some natural light. Did not know that the coffee and tea were not complimentary as we were charged for having a coffee and tea.
