Very uncomfortably small room, Dirty linen, Bed pulled up instead of being made freshly each day, dirty bench surfaces (coffee spill left for 2 days), unable to get into restaurant at night without much earlier booking, fail to replenish milk and soap.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff at all times, including during the 1 a.m. Fire Evacuation. Loved the "Chocolate hour", which we managed to catch twice during our stay; different chocolates on both days. Dined in one evening, had wonderful meals paired with a local sauvignon blanc. Went across the road and caught the local Metro bus to MONA. Easy walk to the Mall, Cat and Fiddle Arcade, waterfront, other dining options, etc. Found the room could have done with a queen bed instead of a king, just to give that much more room (level 13). Loved the bathroom, well laid out and had fun with the rain shower. Happy to stay again. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and modern. The only downside was that there was no view only the brick wall from the building next door. The chocolate hour was a disappointment only tiny brownies no real chocolate would have been nice to taste some real Tasmanian chocolate.
