Lovely and clean. The lights over the bed didn’t work. We used the heat pump overnight , when I woke up the next morning the heat pump was open and I have been coughing my heart out ever since

Thankyou for your feedback. Sorry to hear of the heat pump and lights,. Did you let staff know the room number on checkout so we can get the heat pump specialist to have a look at the heat pump in question. As you have remained anonymous we will have to get the specialist to check every room. Please let staff know on way a so the next guests can not have the same problem. Thank you

I really liked that it had a bistro/bar and bottle shop at its location. The Staff were lovely and very accommodating. It is in an excellent location for the restaurant strips. It also had plenty of parking which is sometimes lacking in accommodation in Hobart.

For the price, it has everything you could need and want. Not the most luxurious place but good enough. Staff very friendly location is good as well, not too far from the city. Enough of free parking if you are driving there. Would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was great. Unfortunately there was lots of black hair in bath we had to clean. Television kept glitching so could not watch at night. Room entry card worked sometimes but not others. We were put in a room with a locked door to next room that let all noise through. Neighbours were noisy until 1.30am and started again at 5.30am.
