Room was a good size, layout great and clean. Only grievance is the shower head fixed to ceiling. Have to endure the cold water before it can get warm up, coz shower cubicle is small, had to manoeuvre around to avoid the cold water that comes out initially. Simple solution is to change the fixed shower head in the ceiling to handheld.

I travel quite a lot, and I have never, ever experience across the board rudeness from staff like at this hotel. Started with communication via email prior to the booking - short, rude, dismissive and not at all helpful. Got worse once we arrived. Not one team member was helpful, welcoming or friendly. Appalling. Based on other reviews, it wasn't just me that has had issues.
