Very clean, tidy, family fun place to stay m. The playground and amenities were great. The lady on check in was amazing. Bed - I could feel the springs and had to put the smelly thing outside, but would stay again. Our child loved her room with bunks. Close to beach.

Fantastic accommodation, one of the best weve stayed in - we've recently spent a fair amount of time travelling down the east coast from QLD and all over Tasmania. The park was clean, had everything we needed and seemed very well maintained. In quite a good position if you're planning to travel about the local region. Its close to the highway but heard no highway noise at all, could hear planes taking off of course but did not disturb my sleep at all. We weren't there long but looked like a decent play area for kids too. Overall, clean, comfortable, well priced.

I have considered late booking however we arrived at park there was no envelope in letterbox for us Rang mobile attendant came out with key for our cabin When we entered cabin the beds were stripped and unmaid dirty cups in sink As It was a late booking and we were tired I made the bed up in the main bedroom and closed the 2nd bedroom door how we found it. Mentioned this at check out and was given an apology by staff member. However we paid full price for an unattended cabin.

We had a very pleasant five night stay at Big4 during the Easter break. Staff was very friendly. Had a smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms and beds were super clean and comfy. Cabins had all the basic things needed for a comfortable family stay. Being close to the airport and car rentals made logistics much easier. Thank you for the extra effort in organising an Easter Egg Hunt. Kids loved it.
