Air conditioner not working but we were given a heater. The room and bed were good. Main problem was the bathroom with a cracked toilet bowl, loose seat and loose tap over the basin. The outside balcony hadn’t been cleaner for some time. Couldn’t leave the door open as there wasn’t a security screen.

Loved our stay here. Very close to Salamanca Place with plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as being able to walk to the market. Room was huge with a beautiful view over the harbour. Off street secure parking was a bonus as well.

Difficult to leave this wonderful hotel

Lenna has 2 buildings we stayed in the newer building. Well updated, comfy beds, towels, linens. Plenty of outlets, comfortable Victorian bar, friendly staff, 24hr reception, free parking. Great rates during the off season. Good tourist location. Open air interior cove
