The property wasnt the problem, it was your booking system that was. We were unable to cancel the booking as we could not find a phone number to contact you with, will deal directly with the accommodation provider in future

They advertise air conditioning but not all rooms have it. We had a fan and separate oil heater. Not a huge problem this time of year but must remember to specify when booking a room. Also bathroom/toilet functional but very small.

Perfect during COVID19- no shared corridors (that I saw), can drive up to room, windows open so good ventilation. Walls between rooms are thin so heard neighbours both in and outside their rooms.
