Great location but that’s where it ended. 3 night stay asked for room clean and was told I had to be there 4 days for that. One lift dead and others slow and came up with faulty message on screen often. Water pressure was drip feed level.

Room was extremely small. Not really suitable for 2 people. Nowhere to place luggage. Open toiletries were in the bathroom cabinets. Shelving in room was dusty/not cleaned recently. Disappointing.

Nice and friendly staff really helpful. We spent a week in the family room. Kids are happy during the stay. Only thing to be aware is the aircon units outside the hotel on the roof was bit of noisy one night.

Pleasant place in good location at good price. Rooms of the same rate are variable in design and fitout. Only one was truly what I would call really well fitted out to 4* Standard. Also there are no other amenities like restaurant, room service etc. I'd rate it 3 —3.5

Room very clean, staff courteous and efficient. This hotel does not have daily room service, and actually for a 2-night stay, I'm fine with that. When I stayed here for a week, they did a room service once in the middle. That was okay by me too.

I always enjoy staying at thr Alleurity. It is far less expensive than many Hpbart CBD hotels, is modest but very comfortable. Rooms are not cramped, everything is in good order and up to date. I like the fact that it is unprentious but delivers.

Where to start?? Paid a premium price for something that is at best 3 star. Got the Spa room as I thought it might be better. Not!! General cleanliness was below par. Walls had several chips in paintwork. Very small fridge was dirty around door seal. Couches had stains on them. Lifts to rooms were also dirty.
