Dear Isabel, I am sorry to hear about the maintenance issue you encountered with the noisy vent from the air conditioning. I am disappointed that this was not able to be resolved during the night. As you mentioned, our staff raised this with the Maintenance team who have assured me that they have rectified this issue. We will also be putting in place a regular checks of our rooms to avoid any future issue like this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention on check out. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay, it sounds as though Mr Good Guy lived up to your expectations. I have passed feedback to our restaurant team.
