The pool, gym and sauna were great -clean and well kept with great showers and bathrooms. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room had a great view and was cleam with a great bed. I would definitely come back again.

The feel, the vibe was easy and schmekky. Bed comfy, views across the bay either from a specific room or the big window in the hallway getting out of the lift. Nice & quiet. Clean, no sense of what previous guests had been doing in the room. Friendly, efficient, accommodating, helpful staff.

Didn’t like the stuffy room. Even with the air conditioning on there was little to no movement of air. Meant that sleep was disturbed (which is what one typically wants from a hotel). Loved the pool and gym and sauna. Well located- we like to walk a bit so even though it was several hundred metres to Salamanca market and shopping, eating, it was perfect. And the skybus stop for the airport was 50 metres away. The other thing that could be improved is the cleansing options in the shower. Detergent is not good for skin in general and certainly bed for my hair. They strip the natural oils and neutralise the natural acidity of skin. Shampoo and soap are detergents. And these are the only options for cleansing offered in your shower. An alternative would be to have conditioner separate from shampoo instead of this marketing myth of the convenience of 2-in-1. Consult a dermatologist if you don’t believe me .

The hotel room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. All meals in the restaurant were delicious and well presented. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Close to the Skybus drop off and pickup and the water front activities.

Good location and new room with good facilities

The stay is good. The level I was allocated has a swimming pool, a sauna and laundry facilities. The room was a little small for me but the reception could upgrade our stay for just another $20 per day which is reasonable. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the harbor as well as the main shopping belt. The price is also reasonable. Easy check-in and out
