Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, but a little rundown and it was noisy at night. Not sure if it was due to the particular weekend I was there or if there is a music venue nearby, but something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

I had such a great experience at the Arlo SoHo. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
