The room was very small. The elevators due to traffic were very slow. Despite calling ahead, the instructions they say they added didn’t occur. I had to request things multiple times and the front desk folks responded with let’s just look forward. The entry area was always full of people just sitting around. Not a comfortable feeling hotel. Clean but not recommended.

Typically tiny, but clean room at a good price. Wifi was out for a few hours one day but otherwise worked well. We signed up for a "city view" but all we could see was the wall of the hotel across the alley. We didn't have time for the free breakfast but it looked good. I would recommend the hotel add some coat hooks to the rooms, very small closet.

From arrival to departure, all staff were helpful, kind, patient and smiling. The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered something for all tastes. The hotel was well placed location wise (a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station) and without too much 'outside' noise. Thank you all again for contributing to making our first NYC trip an enjoyable and memorable.
