Sure! Here's your review translated into natural, fluent English: --- The hotel was centrally located, about 400 meters from a metro station. The entrance was welcoming, with a good facility to safely store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. The coffee was excellent, and there was a wide selection of other drinks like tea, juices, water, and milk. The breakfast area could get quite busy and felt a bit chaotic at times. The hotel has 26 floors, so there was occasionally a wait for the elevator, either going up or down. The rooms were decent and suitable for up to 4 people, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a 5th person sleeping on the sofa bed — it was of poor quality. The air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it unusable. We switched rooms during our stay; the first room was very clean, but in the second one, I found socks and papers left behind by the previous guest. The front desk staff were kind and eager to help, but not everything could be resolved. As a result, we had to raise the same issue multiple times. All in all, it's a pleasant hotel — especially if you're mainly looking for a place to sleep.

One of the managers was full of lies during the check-in process. He claimed that the room type I had booked was unavailable and tried to convince me to accept a downgrade, despite the room still being listed as available online. I had also paid extra for that specific room type. He then asked me to cancel my reservation through Expedia and rebook directly with the hotel. It was really unpleasant and I never had similar experience at other hotels.

Definitely a most if you are visiting NYC, plan to go to Times Square and want to be close to it, just walking distance. It’s super convenient, especially if traveling with young children. Also, the staffs are amazing and the place is clean.

Room was small but very clean and updated. Fine for what we needed. Check in and check out simple and staff helpful and kind. Area had plenty of store and dining options. Two self parking lots on the same block. Free breakfast was good but does get very busy at times. Suggestions for least busy times are shown on elevator. Would stay again.
