The windows are OLD and BAD. Freezing Cold air coming into the room. The window shades are old and dirty. Old carpet needs an upgrade. Why does the TV face a wall and not the bed? I'll never stay at this Hyatt again. Wonderful staff, however!

Tiny & dirty room

During booking the pic shown by hotels.com was misleading. Room was actually very small & when spoke to hotel staff they said the pic on website is wrong. Room was tiny not very clean & breakfast was crowded. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
