Design of the place was very spread out and staff could have been more helpful at check-in to show us our room instead of just giving out a map. More food options would have been good instead of pizza’s. Three o’clock check-in is very late. Staff were still getting our room ready after 3:00 which was very inconvenient.

Only concern was it seemed a shared A/C meant compressor noise when neighbour had it on overnight. Every few minutes. Difficult to sleep Also tv came on with sound and no picture for about 30 sec both mornings about 7 am!!!! Then switched off without my action. Otherwise fantastic end to our road trip along GOR

Check in was very welcoming and efficient. Good undercover parking included and room was great size, clean and very quiet. Close to beach, walking paths and only 1.3 km from restaurants and coffee shops. Great relaxing stay.

Overall the experience was perfect, its a shame there is no restaurant on site but otherwise fantastic! If there was anything i could fault it was a senior staff member addressing issues with bar/cafe staff in front of guests ...whilst there were not many of us around i think those conversations should be had off the floor - Hats off to the bar staff who remained professional throughout and tried to "cover"

The room was small and not cleaned properly. It had a smell a bit like fumes that I couldn’t figure out, we slept with the door open. The bathroom sink was cracked through, nearly in half. The location is beautiful and the pool area gorgeous. I wouldn’t stay again though due to the room and attitude of staff.

Honeymoon started off terrible. Have us wrong room than we booked then tried to say Expedia upsells the rooms. I showed them the booking and still disagreed. Then they said they would free upgrade us because of our honeymoon, to the room we actually booked. Place is run down. Cafe/bar not open any day or night. No mini bar in rooms, not even milk or coffee. Shocking layout to even find your room.

The room was pretty dirty, had coffee all over the floor and blacks hairs all throughout the bath. Lots of broken gates to pool/spa and some ammenities. Would stay again purely for convenience of the location not the resort itself.
