4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, our recent stay at Wyndham Resort Torquay was quite disappointing. The room was not as clean as we expected, which made us uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The beds were also very uncomfortable, and we did not get the quality of rest we would expect from a resort of this standard. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations, and this significantly affected our experience. We had hoped for a comfortable and relaxing stay but unfortunately left disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews the cleanliness and room standards to ensure future guests have a better experience.
