This place was horrible....like seriously bad? IDK how they get any.decent reviews? My stay was just awful. The room was tiny...even by NYC standards. My college dorm room was larger. Absolutely no storage anywhere in the room. No dressers, no cabinets, one small drawer. No closet or desk. The room was abysmal. If there are 2 of you in the room, you can only navigate carefully around each other. You can only get out of the bed from one side as the other is wedged up against the window. Taking a shower is a cumbersome task, as there is no door or curtain to protect the water from flooding over onto the bathroom floor. Each time I took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded. Wet towels everywhere. The bathroom is extremely small as well. No place to put any of your hygiene, soaps, shavers etc. Unable to even take a shower as water floods the bathroom. Even worse, no room cleanings. I was there 7 days, and my room never got cleaned. You call and call and they say someone will be up to see you, but it never happens. Place is totally understaffed to the point of negligence. No bed or linen changes in 7 days. I was cleaning my own bathroom. I usually found a towel/sheet cart in the hotel. It was always at the end of the hall...so I would go down and take all the linens I needed. The lobby is a joke, as there isnt one. There are 2 small tables with only one person at the desk to check you in? You can barely fit 4 people in the lobby at any given time. Ridiculously small. Horrible
