I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and the staff were friendly. However, I’m giving it a 4-star rating because the mini fridge in my room was not working, which meant I couldn't store my dog's food that made fresh . Additionally, I didn't receive the welcoming bed bowl or wipes that were mentioned on the website. I felt a bit disappointed, especially since I saw my friend stay with her dog and was impressed by how welcoming they were. Unfortunately, I didn’t have that same experience with my dog. Other than that, everything was good.

The room was clean and comfortable.. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar with the gorgeous view and cozy environment.. The only negative was the breakfast that was available.

The ambiance of the hotel and room were just perfect. We had a lovely stay in a spacious queen and would absolutely stay here again. The bathrooms and cocktail bars were standouts to me as well.

Great location, pretty rooms. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant and rooftop bar as well. Staff is great. Some things to note if it matters to you: This hotel doesn’t have a lobby, there is no coffee machine or mini bar in the room. We stayed in a spacious queen room.

Good location near plays and Times Square. Hotel charges extra for house keeping and early check in. Room is small but nice. No shower door so water gets everywhere. Rooftop bar was lovely, but also pricey. Everyone was nice enough. No lobby which is weird but maybe typical in NY.

The room was small, but very cute. I would stay there again, but not for a work trip where I needed to work part of the day as there was no desk or work area available after 10am. Staff was friendly, and restaurant was delicious.

I stayed here last July with my girlfriend for the 4th & we had a great room. This time with my husband the room was so small I couldn’t fit my luggage & open the bathroom door. With that being said, the staff was very accommodating. They took our luggage to give us room to move around & gave us a late check out, since I woke up late after flying in from Hawaii & being on a different time zone. This hotel is quaint & the staff is always “top notch!”
