The room was small, but very cute. I would stay there again, but not for a work trip where I needed to work part of the day as there was no desk or work area available after 10am. Staff was friendly, and restaurant was delicious.

I stayed here last July with my girlfriend for the 4th & we had a great room. This time with my husband the room was so small I couldn’t fit my luggage & open the bathroom door. With that being said, the staff was very accommodating. They took our luggage to give us room to move around & gave us a late check out, since I woke up late after flying in from Hawaii & being on a different time zone. This hotel is quaint & the staff is always “top notch!”

Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. Close to broadway, tons of dining options, and the C/E lines. Would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot say enough about the person at the hotel who we called @4 pm day of arrival to let them know we had an emergency and had to fly home early. Even though we just wanted them to they told us they were thankful we called and would not charge us for the room!! Will definitely book there again!!know they could sell the room

If you want to be in proximity to Times Square, but at the same time not deal with the full craziness of the area, you can't beat this location. The rooms are small but smartly laid out, and the hotel in generally has a very calm vibe. My only issue - and hopefully this was just a real unlucky coincidence - is that the fire alarm went off twice in three days. The first time was just after 3AM, and the second was around 8:30 AM the following day.
