The room was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Every time we left our room and came back, the beds were made and room cleaned, including new towels. The food was always warmed and supplied and clean.

The room was clean, great staff, very accommodating. I originally booked 1 room with 2 beds but when we got there the room was unavailable so they gave us 2 rooms instead. Would've been nice to have gotten a heads up but overall it was nice

Everything was fantastic ! I only have one thing to say that is meant to help and not hurt. The shower was filling up the bathtub when we used it. The plumbing must need some work

Room was clean except for 1 pillow that had a large coffee looking stain on it. And the construction going on in the hotel that was very noisy. We enjoyed the free breakfast as it was something different every morning. Would stay there again! Staff was friendly as well.

Room was great and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice however the layout and seating area are very small so made it quite a challenging experience however we were able to take it up to our room to eat so that was a bonus. Staff were very helpful and location was great. Would definitely stay again.

Staff amazing cant fault them. Room a little dated but clean and certainly comfortable enough for a weekend away for 2 adults and a child in our case. Breakfast a little hectic as a self service in a room that probably could do with being bigger. The food itself simple yet fulfilling and a reasonable variety. However plenty to set you up for a day out and about exploring the great city

The room smelled bad. Like if the bedding wasn’t washed. The room size was tiny, smaller than what the pictures showed. One of the bed was touching the window which made it really cold specially in December. We ended up getting another hotel.
