I was in Room 116- right by lobby, breakfast room and prep area, ice machine. It was loud 24/7- guests or staff talking loudly, sounds of ice machine dumping ice constantly, breakfast prep early in morning. Literally impossible to sleep. Breakfast area was too overcrowded.

They gave us a room in the basement, where employees were using the vacuum at 11PM and then mopping loudly at 6 am, besides yelling and kicking with each other and was impossible to sleep. They move us to the 9th and 11th floor, which was good for 5 nights

Staff ! Front desk were always very helpful and kind. The food staff were rockstars’ all of them. It gsets crazy busy at breakfast and they installed new coffee dispensers and of course they didn’t work as planned. Everyone came together managers, and staff to solve the problem!

Rooms were very small even when paid for extra space. Many things broken in the room. Noisy, could hear everything. Breakfast very crowded and didn't taste all that great. Staff was nice but the facility is rundown, nothing like the pictures. Stay closer to midtown, this is a little way off from things.

The room heater was not working. On first report, technician did nothing. Spent one night without heater and that too with toddler. On second day, reported issue in the morning, no action. Reminded again in evening, technician came checked heater, tried to fix but failed. Then he has provided portable heater. Hotel management would have been moved us to new room instead they had taken for granted.

The room is small but very clean, closed to Hell’s Kitchen and Time square. Pretty good walking distances about 15 minutes but can take uber easily. The breakfast included which is pretty good. I would recommend to stay here.

- staff was helpful! - room was right by elevator, very noisy & walls seemed thin as I could hear a lot of conversations throughout my time in the room - water temp in bathroom was hard to control (temp control valve was probably old) so it was either scaldingly hot or cold - ice machines on floors 1, 5, 9. Very noisy. - room 1004 (my room) smelled like vomit and the heater, when initially turned on, smelled like wet gym socks. Hotel was apparently fully booked so I had to leave the heater on with the window open for a few hours to get the smell out. - great location close to Times Square & Theater district! Was sufficient for my needs on this particular trip.
